In Fergus, Ontario at the Fergus Highland Games the Peel Regional Police pipe band performed for the rained out crowd at the highland games as Peel was the only grade 1 band in attendance.

In solos at Fergus, Graham Brown wins “Professional Drummer of the Day”, Elizabeth Sheridan takes “Amateur Piper of the day” and Johnny Bassett wins the Professional Piobaireachd.
