In Maxville, Ontario at the Glengarry Highland Games for the North American Championships the Peel Regional Police pipe band won the Medley competition and took third in the MSR which gave them a 3rd place finish overall. 

In solos at the North American Championships, Graham Brown wins “Professional Drummer of the Day” and Elizabeth Sheridan takes “Amateur Piper of the day”.  This is the highest accolade in PPBSO piping and drumming circuit to win here in Maxville, On.
